Nicholas O’Hara has proudly won the Golden Charter Funeral Planner of the year for their region for the second consecutive year for sales achieved during 2010.
The award was for funeral directors of their sized business within the south region from East Dorset to south west London. The award was presented to the company at their Wimborne funeral home as they were unable to attend this year’s presentation.
Anthony O’Hara was honoured to have achieved this and said that he believed the continuing growth of sales was due to many factors, such as public awareness of funeral plans, people wishing to use a local family owned business and not be dictated into a national organisation or group, individuals savings not growing due to the recent recession, people wanting to save the burden of choice and cost to their families and it gave peace of mind to the plan holder.
With the award came a silver salver and Golden Charter have planted 20 trees in the businesses name at a Woodland Trust site.
