Nicholas O’Hara Funeral Directors were again recognised by the Dorset Business Awards 2013 by being named finalists in the Excellence in Customer Service category as sponsored by the Nuffield Hospital.
This follows numerous awards and nominations over the last few years and is the category the company feel most proud to have been nominated for as their whole ethos is to give the highest level of customer service, care and the highest standards of staff and facility to the bereaved families they care for.
Even though they were not the winners just being in the final three of one of the largest categories was a huge honour and encourages the business to continue to grow and develop on the ethos they have been working on since the companies foundation in 1974.
