I cannot praise Anna Jackson and the staff for the way they treated all the family when my husband Michael Gallagher died a few weeks ago Anna was exceptional and talked me through everything I needed at a time when we as a family could not think straight his removal was treated with the greatest respect and was noted by one of my neighbours who fed back to me how respectful they were when taking him away from home I just hope Anna Jackson is still there when my turn comes.

We have used O'Hara three times previously and they have never failed to impress us with their friendly, professional and timely interactions. They guided and supported us through the whole process which is perfect at a difficult time.

I would like to thank O'Hara's for the smooth, thoughtful and professional way that they handled my late Father's Funeral. I was delighted that Lauren was our funeral director, as she had been so excellent organising my Mother's funeral 2 years ago whilst working at different branch. Lauren and all the members of the team who contributed to the organisation and running of the funeral were kind, friendly and respectful throughout. Thank you all.

What a brilliant service from O Haras in Poole and in particular from Anna. From the moment we knew we needed their services until we had the funeral, Anna was by our side guiding us through the process. Her clam and approachable manner was perfect to help us navigate a difficult time. Such a professional with a great team supporting on the day itself. My uncle passed away suddenly on May 20th ,but i was very pleased with Nicholas Oharas patience, sympathy and professionalism, living such a long way i had to have trust and faith in handling my uncles funeral which I did ,thank you for everything you did for me at such a difficult time in my life ,especially to Simon who was a joy to talk to in trying circumstances
