The team at the West Moors office were excellent. Thanks to Philip for the planning, backed up by Teresa and Natalie. Neil Prince was friendly and helpful as celebrant. Philip and his pall bearers were immaculately turned out on the day.

I can only praise all the staff we encountered when arranging a funeral back in September/October. Lauren and colleagues were thoughtful and thorough, and their attention to detail meant the send-off pretty much ran like clockwork.

After a very positive experience back in June 2010 when we entrusted this organisation to look after our father's funeral arrangements, we had absolutely no hesitation in using their services once again for our mother's funeral in September this year. We used the local West Moors Branch and Rory and his team accommodated all our wishes in a very professional, dignified and sensitive way. All the help and support we received at this difficult and emotional time for us was most appreciated and our expectations on the day were met in full. We strongly recommend this Funeral Directors to others if you are looking for a very professional organisation with experience and high standards to address your needs and meet your expectations for your loved one.

Rory really took care of us and guided us through organising the cremation. The lady who designed the order of service did a fantastic job and Chris Antell led a touching service. Everyone who attended said what a beautiful service it was.

My lovely mum died in September and the Care Home recommended Nicholas OHara's in West Moors and I am so glad I took this advice. The person who made the arrangements for mum was Jon Austin . He was wonderful, - kind and compassionate, visiting

My lovely mum died in September and the Care Home recommended Nicholas OHara's in West Moors and I am so glad I took this advice. The person who made the arrangements for mum was Jon Austin . He was wonderful, - kind and compassionate, visiting me at home and guiding me through the process of an unattended cremation. He arranged the casket, flowers and music, and kept me informed informed all the time. I knew mum would be treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. . Following the cremation ,Natasha helped me get a lovely booklet produced to commemorate mum's long life. Jon personally delivered the casket with her ashes for me to inter with my father and brother in Bristol. The service provided by O'Hara's was perfect, caring and tailored to my wishes and circumstances.

From the first early morning phone call I made on the day she faded away,to the last phone call on her farewell journey,I was treated with kindness ,empathy and sincere feelings by each team member.
Anthony & Natalie listened to everything I wished for, all the extra loving touches they added was so special to us.
My dads funeral was 14 years ago , it was the same then.
Mum always kept a diary each day she wrote about her happy life.
I know her last entry would be to you all.

I would highly recommend the service I received from the staff, Rory was with me every step of the way in arranging my sister’s funeral. My grateful thanks for all the support and care during this sad time.
